Hostel Facilities

Separate Hostel facilities are available for boys and girls. Students willing to stay in the Hostel are required to fill in separate admission form at the time of their admission into the institution. Once admitted, a student has to pay the hostel dues for the whole session as the seat gets blocked for other students.

Identity Card

Identity card is issued to each bonafide student of the Institution. Possession of Identity Card is compulsory during college hours on all working days and on the days of meeting, festivals any other occasions or for any formal communication to the institution. A student will solely be responsible for any misuse or loss of the I-card.

Uniform

Wearing of uniform is compulsory during college hours on all working days and on the days of meeting, festivals and celebrations etc. For Boys : Creamy Shirt and Black Pant with black leather belt and leather shoes. For Girls : Creamy Kameez and Pyjama and blue Chunni with black palmshoes.

Attendance

Students have to attend minimum 90% of the classes held in a session, failing which they may be debarred from appearing in the examination. However, a student may avail leave of absence from the principal on genuine grounds. In this case, he or she has to submit an application with guardian's signature failing which he/she will be imposed fine on. If the attendance record is required or acquired (by the respective Education Board) for filling up of Forms for Final examination and declaration of result etc. a student will not be entertained for his/her less attendance in the class.

Examination

Unit tests, Class tests and Pre-Final tests are regularly conducted as per the schedule of the Academy. Students must appear in them as and when programmed, failing which he/she will be imposed fine on or debarred from appearing in the final examination. If the internal assessment record is required or acquired (by the respective Education Board) for any academic procedure and declaration of result etc., a student will not be entertained, in any condition, for his/her non-attendance in the tests concerned.

At Buds Academy, end-to-end technology equipped digital learning solutions is provided to the students, to make learning more fun using various multimedia resources, aimed at improving the student-teacher engagement within the classroom.

Library Facilities

Maximum number of Text and reference books, periodicals, magazines, news papers etc. are available in the library. Books are issued to students only on production of library card. Students Aid Fund A Few seats in the academy are reserved for poor but meritorious students as per rule. Students' Aid Fund of the academy provides financial assistance to them. A student must produce a valid certificate of his or her economic status from the local concerned authority or the revenue office to avail the assistance. The continuation of the assistance to the concerned student in the next session will depend on his or her performance in the previous or the First Year Examination. The assistance is determined exclusively by the authority.
