Rules & Regulations

1. Every student of the Academy shall be subject to the general rules & regulations as may be prescribed by the authority from time to time.
2. No student shall be allowed to get admitted into the Academy if he or she is found to have indulged in any activity considered detrimental to the academic interest.
3. A student shall be subject to disciplinary action if he or she is found to be disobedient or indecent in his or her behaviour with the authority, the teachers, and the working staff members.
4. Any student indulging in evil practices like ragging, copying in the examination, destroying college property, hooliganism, disturbing attention in the classes, or academic environment will be severely dealt with. These may lead to his/her expulsion from the college.
5. No notice or leaflet can be circulated anywhere in the college premises or social media platforms without the prior approval of the Principal.
6. Students must not leave the college campus during college hours without proper permission from the Principal or the Concerned Authority.
7. Appearing in every examination of the Academy is compulsory. A student is required to pay a fine of Rs.500/- (five hundred) per subject if he or she does not appear in the test concerned.
8. Consumption of alcoholic drinks, gutkha, paan, and smoking or any prohibited substances in the academy premises is strictly prohibited. Violation of this code may result in severe action such as fines and expulsion from the institution.
9. Students will solely be responsible for the loss or misuse of the I-card.
10. A student is not allowed to enter the college campus with a car, bike, mobile phone, or any kind of electronic device of entertainment.
11. Late arrival to the college is a breach of discipline. Students who come late may be sent back home.
12. All kinds of communication from the academy will be made only with the legal guardian of the student.
13. Students must not engage in active political work in the institution.
14. No fees will be refunded if a student of this institution is released on the grounds of violation of the above-mentioned rules and regulations.
15. No transfer certificate will be issued if a student does not clear his/her dues for the whole session.
16. A student shall forfeit his or her seat if he or she remains absent in the classes for 20 days at a stretch except on genuine medical grounds.
17. Students should not keep any valuable ornaments, large amounts of money, etc., with them during the working days of the institution.
18. The decision of the Managing Committee of Buds Academy shall be final and binding on all matters.
19. The Rules & Regulations of the Academy are subject to change from time to time as and when needed.
